Hi, I thank you for your valuable feedback. I'm sorry for causing you muchdelays over a simple exchange. I have investigated the problem. I'm sorry for the tardiness shown bymy staff. For being late, I hope you understand that it was a one offincident. I assure you this does not happen often. As for the 20 minutes delay, I have more than 1 staff to attend tocustomers at any one time. From my understanding... Jimmy passed your charger to Yiqing to settle the exchange. Yiqingthen proceeded to find you a replacement charger. As your charger wasan original charger, she was unsure of how to proceed. We never hadany faulty original charger before. She called me once to check where our spare original chargers are. Itold her the possible locations. After searching, she then called backto say all the mentioned locations do not have any charger. Then Itold her to take one from a new set first and I'll settle it when I amin office again. I hope this is an acceptable answer for you. Sorry causing you to belate for work and I appreciate your feedback!
